FAQ

Creating an account is quick. Choose Sign Up, enter your basic details, and confirm any required verification prompts. Once your registration is complete, you can log in right away and start playing with Gold Coins. New accounts are typically eligible for the Royal Welcome Hand, which adds a starting balance so you can jump into slots, fish games, and table-style games immediately. If you’re signing up from a mobile device, the process works the same way through your browser. Tip: Use accurate information from day one. If you later decide to redeem prizes, your account details should match your identity verification documents to avoid delays during review.

The Royal Welcome Hand is the new-player welcome bonus. It includes 20,000 GC plus 2 SC, and it’s available to newly registered players. No purchase is required. In most cases, the reward is added automatically after registration or after your first eligible login. If you don’t see it, log out and back in, then check your balance and bonus notifications. Because eligibility is limited to new registered players, creating multiple accounts to try to claim the welcome offer again can lead to restrictions. If you have questions about your specific account, contact support at vip@royalhandscasino.com.

Yes - Royal Hands Casino offers promo code campaigns that can grant coin bonuses, extra Crown Wheel spins, XP boosts, or mystery rewards. These can function like no-purchase bonus opportunities when available, since codes may be redeemable without buying a package. Examples of past code rewards include GC drops and small SC bonuses. Codes are often limited-time and may be limited to one use per account unless stated otherwise, so it’s worth redeeming them as soon as you see them. If a code fails, it’s usually due to expiration, already being used, or not being eligible for your account segment. When in doubt, check the exact code spelling and try again later in case the campaign is time-windowed.

Royal Hands Casino supports several popular payment options, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill, and Bank Transfer. Available methods can vary depending on your location and your bank’s policies. If a deposit method doesn’t appear at checkout or doesn’t go through, try an alternative option (for example, switching from a card payment to a wallet, or vice versa). Remember: purchases typically provide Gold Coins as the primary item, and Sweeps Coins may be included as a promotional bonus where offered.

In a sweepstakes social casino model, you’re generally purchasing Gold Coins for entertainment play, and you may receive Sweeps Coins as a promotional bonus. Sweeps Coins can be used for sweepstakes-style gameplay and, once you meet all requirements, may be eligible for prize redemption. Redemptions are not the same as cashing out a traditional casino balance. You’ll usually need: a verified account (identity checks), eligible SC balance, compliance with playthrough or other promotional requirements where applicable, and adherence to the platform’s sweepstakes rules and location eligibility. If you’re new to this format, focus on two basics: keep your account details accurate, and read the terms tied to any SC promotion you claim.

Wagering requirements (often called playthrough) mean you must play through a required amount before certain promotional SC can be redeemed. Think of it as use it in gameplay first, not redeem it instantly. Example: If a promo grants SC with a playthrough requirement, you may need to place a certain total amount of eligible SC wagers before those promo SC become redemption-eligible. The exact requirement can differ by offer, and not all SC is necessarily treated the same if it came from different promotions. Also note that only eligible SC gameplay usually counts. Voided bets, suspicious activity, or bonus abuse can cause activity to be excluded. If you’re unsure what counts, check the promotion terms attached to the offer you claimed.

Yes. Royal Hands Casino is designed to work smoothly on mobile through your web browser, so you can log in, claim daily rewards, and play from your phone or tablet without needing a separate app. For the best experience: Use an updated browser (Chrome or Safari are good defaults), keep a stable Wi-Fi or cellular connection, close other heavy apps if your device is slowing down during gameplay. If a game stalls or doesn’t load, a refresh or clearing cache often fixes it in under a minute.

Royal Hands Casino offers a mix of slots, live-style experiences, and table-style gameplay. The platform features games from recognized studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, 3 Oaks, Iconic21, and Jili Games. Game availability can rotate due to provider updates and promotions. If you’re looking for something specific, use the lobby filters and search tools to find similar titles by provider, theme, or feature set. If you enjoy progression-based play, keep an eye on VIP XP opportunities and missions that push you to sample new titles while earning extra rewards.

Jackpots are not currently listed as a core feature, but Royal Hands Casino does run leaderboard-style promotions that play like tournaments. Examples include: Royal Reels Race (weekly slot leaderboard with a 500 SC plus 2,000,000 GC prize pool), Blackjack Crown Challenge (table and card-game leaderboard with a 300 SC plus 1,000,000 GC prize pool), King’s Lagoon Fish Hunt (fish game leaderboard with a 250 SC plus 1,000,000 GC prize pool). These events are all about climbing rankings through eligible gameplay, so timing your sessions during promo windows can turn your usual spins into extra rewards.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It’s a standard identity verification process used to protect players and keep redemptions compliant. If you request a prize redemption, you may be asked to verify details like your identity and address. KYC helps prevent fraud, account takeovers, and duplicate-account abuse. It also protects legitimate players by making sure redemptions go to the correct person. To keep it smooth, make sure: Your account name matches your legal documents, your submitted images are clear and not cropped, your details are consistent across your account profile and verification forms.

Royal Hands Casino has two major daily reward systems: The Daily Lucky Hand is a 24-hour claim that grows over a 7-day streak. If you keep the streak alive, Day 7 pays the biggest, including 50,000 GC plus 2 SC and a Crown Wheel spin. Miss a day, and the streak resets. The Crown Wheel gives you one free spin every 24 hours with a range of possible prizes, including SC rewards and a grand prize of 250,000 GC plus 10 SC. The simplest strategy is consistency. A quick daily login can quietly build a strong balance even before you buy any packages.

The Royal Court VIP Club rewards you for eligible SC gameplay and engagement. You earn XP primarily through eligible SC play (commonly 1 SC wagered equals 1 XP), plus small boosts such as daily login XP and mission-based XP. As you level up, you can earn: Level-up SC rewards, Daily Royal Cashback (a percentage of eligible SC wagers returned as SC, based on VIP tier), Monthly Crown Drop rewards for active VIP play, Exclusive offers and priority support benefits. Cashback only applies to eligible SC wagers, not Gold Coin play. If you want VIP progress to move faster, focus on SC sessions tied to eligible promos and keep up with daily missions.

Start with quick fixes: Refresh the page, switch Wi-Fi to cellular (or vice versa), clear browser cache, try a different browser, log out and log back in. If the issue continues, contact support by email at vip@royalhandscasino.com with: Your account email, device and browser type, a short description of what happened, screenshots if possible. The more specific you are (game title, time, error message), the faster the team can pinpoint the cause and get you back into gameplay.
